PSX 2017 Annual Managers Meeting

All PSX branch managers met to review 2016, protect client satisfaction, and chart the company’s course.

The PSX Annual Meeting was held at the Kennett Square Headquarters this week. Branch managers from Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Houston, and Tampa convened to discuss all aspects of PSX operations. PSX also celebrated its 48th year in business as a family owned and operated company.

Recent years have marked tremendous growth for PSX. A new branch in Houston, Texas, opened in 2016, is part of the company’s continued expansion. While the company’s reach has grown, its core principles, mission, and leadership remain the same; PSX is a family-owned and operated systems integration firm that partners with clients to protect their organizations and interests.

In 2016 PSX completed a construction project doubling its company headquarters in Kennett Square. The expansion features more warehouse space for equipment storage, demonstrations, and education. The expanded office interior has both private executive offices and open space for collaboration among engineers. As part of the 2017 Annual Meeting, managers toured the new facility and discussed additional infrastructure developments.

Nurturing long-term relationships with clients was emphasized during the meeting. PSX’s long relationship with landmark institutions such as Pittsburgh’s UPMC Health System was cited as an example of PSX’s history and direction. 2016 marked the 20th anniversary of PSX’s relationship with UPMC; this relationship was featured in a recent issue of Parking Today magazine. The evolution of parking and security technology was foremost during the meeting. Managers discussed new technology developments, training, and burgeoning methodologies. As always, a main PSX priority is staying at the forefront of all these technologies in order to continue to offer PSX clientele the best solutions available.

Continued best practices in communicating with PSX clientele was also a key part of the meeting. All PSX managers and staff endeavor to maintain an open line of communication with their clients. Continuing to develop outreach to existing clientele was an important aspect of the meeting.
