Our integrated security group has in-depth experience and knowledge with IP and network video surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection, emergency management communications, as well as perimeter security, anti-terrorism measures such as automatic gates, crash barriers and their less-than-lethal counterparts.

PSX capabilities allow us to provide these solutions across multiple industries: Healthcare, Education, Pharmaceutical, Commercial Properties, Petro-Chemical, and Corporate Campus environments.

Currently, we are experiencing tremendous growth in our Philadelphia office. PSX Philadelphia is looking for a Sales Associate to specialize in delivering integrated security solutions to customers in the greater Philadelphia area. The successful candidate will represent PSX in a variety of situations, working through the Greater Philadelphia area, as well as assist senior representatives in daily activities.

Individuals in this position are expected to take a personal interest in learning our business through hands on experience, one on one mentoring, partnering with senior representatives as well as working directly with management.

Through comprehensive ongoing training, this individual will learn integrated security systems design, how to develop a clear understanding of the customer’s need, how best to partner with customers to provide the best solution, in-depth knowledge of all products and offerings, project management, account management, as well as how to communicate clearly to every level of customer.

Candidate Qualifications:

Required

  • 2 years of sales experience, not necessarily in integrated security solutions industry
  • Strong communication (verbal, listening, written), presentation, and training skills
  • Willingness to learn individually through online tutorials and one-on-one training sessions
  • Key Character Traits: professional, energetic, enthusiastic, positive, organized, self-motivated
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Docs; computers
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work closely with management to ensure success.
  • Proven ability to work constructively and harmoniously with all levels of employees, customers, and vendors
  • Decision making, problem solving, and creative thinking skills
  • Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel locally within the Philadelphia Region
